Day 28-
Winter of Life
Spring in its freshness
Brings new buds of life
Beauty and splendor
Surround with new light.
Summer then follows
Full bloom everywhere
God’s glory abounding
Beauty all can share.
Fall quickly enters
An autumn spell casting
Leaves quickly turning
Colors fading fastly.
Then comes the winter
The cold enters in
All life seems to wither
We seek shelter within.
A time for all seasons
God planned it that way
He gave us life seasons
To live by each day.
As we live and wait
Thru seasons of life
Winter surely will come
To end this world of strife.
Be ready dear traveler
When winter winds blow
God will not forsake you
He watches, He knows.
Turn your eyes upward
God stretches forth His hand
He is anxiously waiting
