Day 4- Let the spirit run pure within me
Being physically healthy helps us feel good about ourselves probably more than we realize. When we are putting fruitful things in our bodies the more fruitful we will appear on the outside and better yet the more youthful we will feel. As women we need to be taking care of ourselves in every aspect. Exercise is one of the biggest stress relievers that God created for us. We need to be rejuvenating ourselves everyday by getting out and getting moving! Also it is equally as important to maintain our vivacity by making healthy choices in what we eat. Food = energy and we should be using it as fuel to stay up and moving throughout the day, not for our own self-indulgences. Now I am human and more importantly I am a woman, so with that being said I know we love our junk food, but my point is lets try and eat only what we need for a while and see how that makes us feel. Above all else, are we spending quiet time alone with the Lord everyday? The more time we spend with God the more captivating we become. When we feel captivating to God we feel whole.

Lord, Make us strong in spirit. Fill us with the proper nutrients to feed our soul. Let us work on being as healthy as we can in this life so that we can enjoy more things. Show us how easy it comes on the outside when we are focused on the inside. Continue to teach us where beauty really comes from and help us to find ourselves captivating in everyway possible.
